 NOTICE OF BUFFALO RAPIDS IRRIGATION DISTRICT NO. 2

COMMISSIONER ELECTION - SHIRLEY DIVISION

CANCELLATION

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 13-1-502, MCA, the number of candidates filing a Declaration for Nomination and Oath of Candidacy for the expiring Shirley Division Commissioner position on the Buffalo Rapids Irrigation District No. 2 Board of Commissioners, Prairie County, State of Montana is equal to or less than the number of positions to be elected.  Therefore, the election is not necessary.

IT IS HEREBY DECLARED THAT said election will not be held and the candidate who filed for the position will be elected by acclamation.

THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 13-1-304, MCA, notice is hereby given that the Buffalo Rapids Irrigation District No. 2, Prairie County, State of Montana, Shirley Division Commissioner Election is canceled.
