The Sixth Regular
Meeting of the members of the Buffalo Rapids Irrigation District No. 2 at
Terry, Prairie County, Montana, was to be held on the fourteenth day of October,
2020 at 7:00 p.m.
There were present and
participating at the meeting:
Scott Sackman
Also present and participating were: Tim
Kortum, Secretary; Pat Davis, Treasurer.
Vice
President Scott Sackman could not call the meeting to order.
Thereupon,
Vice President Scott Sackman announced that legal notice had been given and a
quorum was not present so that the meeting could not be held.
FINANCIAL
REPORT:
Pat
Davis presented current budget figures which included payroll and expenditures
for October. A list of invoices to be
paid was submitted to the Vice President and the Secretary of the Board, and
forms for the Prairie County Treasurer to transfer funds in the amount of $77,588.04,
to cover payroll and invoices were signed.
October 15th estimated payroll: $17,036.66; October estimated
invoices: $45,064.88; October 31st estimated payroll: $15,486.50.
Transfer authorization forms were also signed for a total amount of $20,608.15,
to transfer funds from System Rehab Reserve account to District 2 Cash O &
M for motor expenses to Malloy Electric, and $24,138.01 for October operating revenue,
due
to unforseen expenseses. Investment
transfer was also signed to invest the remaining monthly District No. 2 cash
balances in the amount of $344,096.09 with Prairie County Pool.
